Will E.T. Disclosure happen as a top-down disclosure, where information is released by government or authoritative entities, a bottom-up disclosure, driven by civilians, independent researchers, and whistleblowers, or is it most likely to be an interplay between the two, as we can somewhat see in society today? The top-down approach involves official channels disseminating information about extraterrestrial life, possibly through declassified documents or public statements. Conversely, the bottom-up method is characterized by grassroots efforts, where individuals and private researchers gather and share evidence about UFOs and extraterrestrial encounters. Additionally, could it be more likely that disclosure will occur through a false flag attack, aimed at establishing a global mono-dictatorship, with our galactic sisters and brothers portrayed as the enemy? I’m curious about your perspective on the likelihood of these scenarios and the potential consequences of each form of disclosure, as well as the possible interaction between top-down and bottom-up approaches in today’s society.
